We offer volume and frequency pricing, discounts for schools, charitable organizations, referral and repeat clients.
Our team works to the highest standards and we fully support you through the testing process. Questions are always encouraged, it is important to us that you fully understand the testing process from start to finish. Our Test Technician will go over and explain all the paperwork and results before leaving the appointment location.

Testing results will be posted to our secure portal, please notify your Test Technician of your specific requirement/s. To access on-line test results through our secure website, simply click on ‘Register’ on the upper right hand corner of the Home page and provide the requested information. Your information is 100% safe and secure, MDS is also HIPPA compliant. We do not share or sell client information.

• We accept company checks, all major credit cards and cash.
• Sorry no personal checks unless funds are verified and paid by your bank in advance.
• All receipts will be sent via e-mail.
• Business accounts may also be setup after initial deposit and testing has been completed. we typically offer our business clients Net 15 billing. We will work with your company if alternate billing arrangements are requested. We may require a credit application and credit check to establish approval.

Any appointment for a test performed after 8:00pm weekdays and all weekend requires a 100% up front non refundable credit card payment. This deposit of course is applied to the balance owed if any once the test has been performed.
